Return and Exchange Policy
Simply Good™ will only return or exchange products purchased directly through www.simplygoodus.com. Returns will only be accepted within thirty (30) days from the delivery date for an exchange or a full refund of the item (without shipping cost). Simply Good™ will do exchange or a return ONLY if product is in new condition with the original receipt, unused with packaging and instructions(DVD). The Baby Towel must be unopened for a return or exchange. If your product was damage during delivery please notify us immediately to replace the item (after 2 days or 48 hours is consider costumer negligence and is not our responsibility). A five dollar (5 $) restocking fee will be applied for returns. Please notice that the shipping is non-refundable unless Simply Good™ has sent the wrong item. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges in case of a return or an exchange. If you are exchanging an item, shipping charges to Simply Good™ as well as return shipping needs to be paid by the customer. Please include your reason for the return or exchange of your product in the space provided on the form.
